Virtual Bookkeeper
We are seeking detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeepers who are passionate about helping small businesses and CPA firms succeed.
Key Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, or Sage.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and standard financial reporting.
- Tech Requirements: Must own a secure laptop/computer with high-speed internet and a willingness to install our secure VPN software.
Senior Remote Accountant (CPA)
Accountants at Maxim Liberty drive strategy, compliance, and financial clarity for our higher-tier clients.
Key Qualifications:- Deep background in complex financial statements, trial balance review, and general ledger management.
- Experience with month-end close procedures and preparing books for tax preparation.
- Active CPA license is highly preferred but not strictly required if experience is extensive.
Content Writer & SEO Specialist
We are looking for a creative Financial Content Writer who understands SEO to create authoritative content for our blog and service pages.
Key Qualifications:- Deep understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., you must know how to write intelligently about “QuickBooks vs Xero” or “Real Estate Accounting”).
- Proven SEO expertise, specifically in internal linking and on-page keyword optimization.

Technical SEO Lead
Lead our organic growth strategy. We need an expert to oversee our technical footprint and backlink profile.
