Fast, Seamless Workflow with an Embedded Finance Team FeelFast response times, a very easy workflow, and a team that feels embedded in how we operate. Communication is quick and clear, and they don’t just process transactions, they help resolve issues and keep things moving. It feels more like working with an internal finance function than an outside vendor. The only area still being optimized on our side is how to best use some of their higher-level advisory inputs alongside our existing processes.

We have been using Maxim Liberty’s services for almost a year, and it has always been a wonderful experience working with them. We were not doing well in terms of accounting. We were simply making use of one of us whose major isn’t accounting or bookkeeping, so it was very hard to keep up-to-date or an accurate account. But since using Maxim Liberty, their booking has been accurate, and they always adapt to change we make in our business operation. The only issue is our time zone difference, which has made communication a little difficult for us.

I have not really had a very large business but I have built a business that I cannot longer handle all of its recording, so it was imperative of me to hire a bookkeeping company that could help me make the whole keeping operation organized,. I have been using them for quite a year now, and I must say I have not regretted using their services. Is it their diligence or being accommodating? I’m very pleased with the team I have at Maxim Liberty. They are very responsive and seem to be very detail oriented and accurate. I use them for bookkeeping only. There are few things you should know – they are outsourced in India. This is good in my opinion, as they work after my normal business hours, they speak and write in English, and the cost of the services is excellent. The downside is that you will not have someone in person in your business or home who is writing checks or discussing things with you in person. We were with them for almost a year. They did a great job for the most part however there still were alot of errors that most US CPAs wouldnt make. We provided them with our company wide policy and procedures manual to assist, however many times this didnt help. As well, they were very sensitive in a virtual environment that required alot of typing for communication. Due to we are a US Law Firm and CPA Firm, I wouldnt really recommend due to our licenses are so connected to the accuracy of the work. Our work culture is a bit intense at time and they seem to not be able to work in that type of environment very well without taking so personally.

Maxim Liberty is by far by the best bookkeeping service I have worked with!Maxim Liberty had to take over the books from our previous bookkeeper who had them in a messy state. They were able to start work pretty quickly. They quickly analyzed the situation, had someone working full-time to enter the data and were able to clean up our books in about 2 weeks. This was about 4 years ago and I have remained a loyal Maxim Liberty customer since. The prices are quite attractive. I also like the fact that they have a supervisor to oversee the quality of bookkeeping and serve as a single point of contact for me. They are also able to update my books every day and get all this done for $260 a month.

The service is prompt.. Emails are answered asap. Overall very satisfied. The bookkeeper assigned to us is detail oriented. I have recommended them to some of my friends. I cant find a better value, for the level of service i am getting now. Payroll, etc.
