Are you doing business with a US entity?
Yes. We have our bookkeeping operations based in India. However, we are an LLC incorporated in the United States. Plus, your agreement is with the US-based LLC. So, as far as you are concerned, you are doing business with a US-based Bookkeeping Company that has been around since 2005…that’s over 17 years.
Why Indian Bookkeepers?
We use Indian bookkeepers because India has rich talent. Plus, it is 68.3% less expensive than USA. In fact, all our bookkeepers work out of two centers in south India. And, we have two centers to protect from natural disasters.
How do you manage the Indian centers?
Our centers have 24 x 7 video surveillance. We also secure the entrance with biometrics and badges. In addition, our on-site managers provide oversight. And, we assign a supervisor to each team. The supervisor guides the bookkeeper, sets procedures, checks their work and makes necessary adjustments.
Are your Indian Bookkeepers trustworthy?
Our Indian bookkeepers are carefully selected from a rich pool of talent. They go through rigorous reference and background checks. In addition, we train them on security and privacy procedures. We also have them sign confidentiality agreements.
How experienced is your team in India?
We train our bookkeepers on standard bookkeeping processes and QuickBooks. Before we assign them to clients, they shadow other bookkeepers. In addition, we take care of our bookkeepers in India and pay them well. As a result, 50% of our staff have been with us for more than five years.
