At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks, Wave, Xero, Sage or other bookkeeping software. Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting concepts. Patience and attention to detail required to complete tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Must have access to laptop, computer and Internet and be willing to install our VPN software.

- Familiar with accounting and bookkeeping concepts, services and software to write deep, professional and engaging content related to bookkeeping, accounting and business finance. Topics may include bookkeeping concepts, accounting concepts, best 5 bookkeeping software, best 5 bookkeeping companies, QuickBooks review, Maxim Liberty review, real estate accounting, restaurant accounting, inventory accounting, bookkeeping for CPAs, etc.
- Ideal candidate will have mechanisms or relationships to publish their content on websites like fitsmallbusiness, forbes advisor, techjury.net, nerdwallet, etc.
- Working knowledge of SEO to insert the appropriate links
- Drive the company’s digital marketing campaign across all platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
